INNER DEVELOPMENT YOUTH COUNCIL
As the Inner Development movement continues to awaken practitioners worldwide, we experienced a need to create a space where a group of youth leaders can connect across countries to work towards inner growth for outer change!
The Youth Council offers a learning community for youth leaders eager to develop leadership skills, grow their emotional and social literacy, and help the global community integrate authentic youth leadership.
THE STRUCTURE
The Youth Council will have approximately 15-25 youth members from various countries and contexts. The council aims to meet Biweekly for 2 hours.
In addition to the meetings, 1-2 hours of working time per week is to be expected.
Willingness to travel if we find the funding to all meet is a big plus.
The work will be unpaid; however, we hope this will change in the future.
The first meeting will be in late May - where we will agree on the meeting structure.
Being part of the youth council means being part of a movement where contributions and work are taken into account and help co-shape the future of the inner development movement.
Our work focuses on the five dimensions of the Inner Development Guide; Being, Thinking, Relating, Collaborating, and Acting.
