An Introduction to the Wheel of Awareness: Building Inner Resilience and Expanding the Self by Walking the IDG Journey
- Mobilizing a movement towards the IDGs -
Join us in this Inner Development Gathering with world-renowned neuropsychiatrist Dr. Daniel J. Siegel for a practical and theoretical introduction to his well-known Wheel of Awareness practice.
Dan will personally lead us through this powerful practice that, when used regularly, strengthens the mind by integrating different levels of consciousness, empowering us to live more resilient and vital lives.
After this immersive experience, you’ll have the opportunity to reflect and share insights with fellow IDG practitioners from around the globe. This will be followed by a keynote talk and a Q&A session with Dr. Siegel.
The Gathering will start at 17:00 CET on Zoom and is scheduled to end at 18:30 CET. Afterwards, we warmly invite everyone to remain for an additional 30 minutes of “afterglow”, providing an opportunity to chat with fellow participants and contributors.
About the IDGs
In 2015, the UN Sustainable Development Goals provided us with a comprehensive plan for a sustainable world by 2030. However, progress is not happening fast enough.
There is an urgent need to increase our collective abilities to face and effectively work with complex challenges. This is why we are co-creating the Inner Development Goals (IDGs) - a blueprint of the capabilities, qualities and skills that are needed to achieve the 17 SDGs.
The Inner Development Goals is a non-profit, open-source organization to help us develop the collective inner skills and qualities needed to overcome our global challenges and move towards a thriving world.
